Pork cutlet ramen.
The pork cutlet actually comes separately so it doesn't get soggy by the soup broth.
I was pretty pleased with this visit. The noodles had a tense sponginess to it, and the broth had floating oil bubbles of flavour. The pork cutlet had a crispy exterior.
Would I return? Yup. It's not bad. Prices are okay. Addition of a bubble tea to your meal isn't a bad deal either.
Total damage: approximately $10.
